EdDev
Hi, Is there an option to filter out branches/objects from the Branch Explorer window using the Attributes? I manage to use attributes to mark colors on the branches, but was unable to fins a way to make some disappear. Is there such an option? Thanks, Ed. manu
I think that if you remove the conditional format rule and then you refresh the branch explorer the highlighted branches will become normal.
EdDev
I think I was miss-understood... When I say "filter", I mean "hide". I will like to "see" only specific branches in the Branch Explorer, so the view will make more sense (and remove the less important branches). Is there any way to do it? manu
Oh, Ok, sorry I didn't understand the question, let's see: * You can hide level branches: * You can hide some of them manually:
EdDev
Ok, thanks... This is what I knew to work. I hoped the use of attributes could let me hide/show selective branches/objects (not only color them). Like: show all BUG branches, or Show only Release branches.... etc. At some point, the Branch Explorer becomes too loaded with information and it is hard to manage. manu
Hi Ed, yes, sometimes filters are quite interesting. If you want you can add the idea to improve the conditional format rules, it's pretty easy to implement and interesting to have. -> https://plasticscm.uservoice.com/
