gardiner91
I've started using Plastic SCM with GitSync but after syncing commits created in Plastic SCM all the email addresses are set to "<username>@.(none)". Is there a way to set your email address? If not, do you have plans of supporting this any time soon? My reasons for wanting this is so all my commits can be correctly linked to my github account. I posted this here https://plasticscm.uservoice.com/forums/181648-git-bisync/suggestions/4072041-author-email-addresses but have yet to seen a reply.. calbzam
Hi, At the moment is not possible to set your email address in Plastic using GitSync. I think is a good idea. GitSync team will review the feature request. Thanks for adding to the uservoice page. Hopefully more users will vote for it Regards, Carlos

skoobiedu
This feature is available since PSCM 5.0.43.483, but I'm trying to figure out how to utilize it. What is the format of the gitsync.conf file?
calbzam
Hi, This is an example of "gitsync.conf" file: [email-mapping] asalim = asalim@mymailprovider.com ubuntu = ubuntu@linuxprovider.com This way, you can map Plastic and Github accounts.
