Servers down again?

Hi! My Windows cloud Plastic client is just sitting there not updating with the mouse turning into an hourglass.

In years of use, it's the first time this has happened. I noticed the previous "server down" topic, but it looked like that was resolved, and the "server up" page seems to say things are OK.

Could this be related? Again I have never had any trouble until today.

Another data point: I can log into my plasticscm.com account and access my dashboard, BUT trying to access "Cloud" just hangs. (!) i.e. hitting "Go to cloud" in the dashboard doesn't load any webpage and times out. Other buttons (e.g. "goto invoices") work fine.

Hey, I'm having the same issue! Plastic client is not updating at all, and the mouse is stuck in an hourglass form. Not sure what it's related to, but I'm also looking for a solution right now.

The issue was magically resolved after an hour. Not sure what happened.

We had some temporary issues again during the weekend with the US cloud server. We are working this week to be sure these kind of problems don't happen again. We are giving to this the higest priority.
