eclipse plugin doesn't return list of workspaces

Recommended Posts

Hello:

I've installed plastic 5.0.44.577 with the plugin for eclipse in a Windows 7 machine and it hangs when I try to checkout a project form eclipse.

The installation went fine, but I'm not the administrator of my computer: the installation and configuration was done using a priviledged account and now, when I try to checkout a project from the repository, it apparently hangs and return nothing.

I've detected that the plugin is executing this command:

"C:\Program Files\PlasticSCM5\client\cm.exe" shell --defaultencoding --commfile C:\Users\rlunaro\AppData\Local\Temp\cmshell6338583239490504154javaDotNet

And nothing happens. It run it for six times and a blank list of workspaces is returned. The file "cmshell6338583239490504154javaDotNet" is empty.

My version of eclipse is Luna.

Any ideas why this could be happening?

Regards,

Raúl

Hi,

Eclipse is detecting the Plastic plugin, right?  I attach the .jar files for your Plastic version. You have to store them in the "plugins" folder.  Actually, they should have been stored there during the installation process.

Are you able to link a new Eclipse project to Plastic?

Carlos.
