Misieq Posted February 3, 2015 Report Share Posted February 3, 2015 Hi I have small suggestion. Curretly PlasticSCM will always use server and credentials set up via client.conf. I would propose to change this behaviour (especially for GUI) into: 1) for command line - use it as right now via client.conf and/or command line switches 2) for GUI - add prompt at start-up with list of recently used servers and/or authentication options/credential. Of course there can be also checkbox with label "Use as default and do not show this again" which checking will give at next start-up same behaviour as now. This would ease switching of servers in case when usually there is central/team server used but there is also need to have possibility to work offline from time to time (right now it must be changed in options). calbzam Posted February 4, 2015 Report Share Posted February 4, 2015 Hi, If you need to work with differente servers: Preferences --> Profiles --> Crate new profile. Creating a new profile, you can configure your client to connect to different servers (eg: central server and local server) and you don´t need to reconfigure the client. Regards, Carlos.
