wvd_vegt
Hi Perhaps a silly question but I've tried to find documentation on the fast-export format but i failed, so the obvious question is: where did you guys get the documentation from (as your using it I assume you have been able to find it)? manu
Hello wvd_vegt, the command is quite simple: cm fast-export repository [fileName] [--nodata] The --nodata parameter is only used for debugging purposes.
wvd_vegt
Hi Sorry, I ment the fast-export file format itself (in case i want to code something myself). I could not find suitable documentation (and did not want to reverse engineer it from git sources).

manu
Cool, we fetch all the information between the fast-import and fast-export man pages. There's a SO question regarding our research: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4757383/git-fast-export-format-and-spaces
psantosl
Yes, all the "spec" basically comes from the fast-import page. It describes the entire format. This is what I used originally to write the initial version of fast-import/export
