I find myself always trying to create a new workspace from the Repositories list, but there is no such an option. I always create them in the same place too, so if it pre-populated with some default values (i.e. workspace name matches repository name, and the path is the same as the last created workspace path with the last folder changed match the repository name) that would be awesome. Maybe on a right click in the Repository view? If you haven't already, add the idea to the uservoice system (http://plasticscm.uservoice.com) and put the link to it back here. I'll vote for it!
