mipi3
Hi, when I have readonly xlink attached and modify a file there (accidentally) then it's not possible to undo the change in a normal way. I have to rebuild the workspace to repair it.
manu
Hi Mipi, it's something we have to improve, let me explain what happens now when you try to undo items inside a RO xlink. The undo operation will first checkout the file and then run and undo checkout operation. The issue is that you can't checkout a file inside a RO xlink, you will get an error, that's why you can't undo it. Right now the only workaround is deleting the changed file and run an update operation.
mipi3
Hello again, we are marking RO xlink directories and files as read-only to avoid this problem. Maybe you could make them as readonly by default?
