Visual Studio 2017

I'm testing out Visual Studio 2017 right now to see about moving to that when they release it on March 7th.  I've reinstalled the Plastic client (version 5.4.16.800) but do not see the tools in Visual Studio.  There's no option for Plastic in Tools --> Options --> Source Control, and no toolbar for Plastic under Tools --> Customize.

They show up fine in VS 2012 (our current IDE).  When will you support using Plastic in Visual Studio 2017?

I'm sorry we didn't update this thread, it was released as part of the 6.0.16.967 release, so if you take the latest one: https://www.plasticscm.com/download/6.0.16.1034 You'll get it.

that link appears not to work, just redirects to the standard download page and version

5.4.16.918 (Golden Earring - Radar Love)

I question the radar love here.

Hi,

Sorry, you need to go to "Labs downloads" to get the new version. Don't be afraid of installing it. Some of our bigger customers are already migrated to 6.0 and it's totally stable for production. We will remove it from "Labs" soon.

Regards,

Carlos.
