Guest Jamie
Good afternoon, We had an issue when merging where all of the prefabs were missing components. To try and fix this, we deleted the file from the computer both in plastic and locally, and tried to make a new workspace, but when we switched to that changset the errors were still there. It seems to be an issue only on that computer, as when we switch others to that changeset it worked fine. Are there any suggestion for what to do? We've even tried deleting all instances of plastic and reinstalling. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
calbzam
Ok, let me understand the issue. You switch your workspace from the branch explorer to a specific branch but some files are not downloaded? Switch to the same branch in a different machine, are the files downloaded? Regards, Carlos. Yes, that is what's happening. There are changes being made in the prefab, but Plastic is not recognizing them as changes, and therefore we cannot merge
calbzam
But the changes are already committed in a changeset in the branch? And then this issuer switches the workspace to this changeset but the files are not downloaded? Not getting any specific error? My only guess is this user has configured some "cloaked.conf" rules preventing the files to be downloaded. If you have a commercial license, you can open a support ticket and we can even arrange a meeting with you to debug. Regards, Carlos.
