  1. Hi @russellfincher, I have found a link that will answer most of your question:https://docs.plasticscm.com/user/plastic-scm-version-control-introduction-guide#Repositories Please read about repository and workspace. This will help you understand better on both of them. Regarding questions #3 and #4, you should be able to name however you want. #5 - you can delete workspace. Please let us know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
  2. Hi @Klaus F. The response of the question is 7 from 11.0.16.7696. I am going to share your feedback with the team.
  3. Hi @notken, Please reach out to Plastic SCM support via ticket for this question:(https://www.plasticscm.com/support).
  4. @TKura - When you unselect everything in the pending changes and search .meta files and select the filtered items only, are they still selecting non .meta items?
  5. @macal - I will bring your valuable feedback(including shelving in the pending change and cloaked, ignore) to the team meeting. As multiple shelve items can be shelved, I am not sure this is ideal for all users. Private items should appear in the pending changes view if the configuration is sorted accordingly.
  6. @macal In the pending changes view, you can click advanced and will see shelve button from it.
  7. Hi @Gomidog, in this scenario, are the items that you wish not to be merged always the same? or are items different in each merge in each branch?
  8. Hi @Jonas Hultén, Thank you for providing your valuable feedback. I will bring this up during weekly team meeting.
  9. @AndyAces If the command is not working, please try to use the command in https://www.plasticscm.com/download/releasenotes/10.0.16.6241. As manu suggested in the link below, you can use a syncview and make sure that the source is local and the destination is cloud and you can pull repo from destination to source. It will allow you to sync the repo in the cloud to the local repo. So you can save the local repo's DB. If you wish to delete the repo in the cloud, make sure that you have a copy of it as there's no way to recover it. How do I delete cloud repositories? https://support.unity.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047452071--Cloud-How-do-I-delete-cloud-repositories- Deleting the repository does not update your storage value. The storage used in the month still will be charged as it was used even if it was deleted. If you still need assistance on this, you can open a ticket with Plastic SCM support.
  10. @AndyAces I have executed the command below with my cloud server and size bigger than 1 and it executed on CMD successfully.
  11. Hi @macal, If you have something on pending and wish to checkin that changes later, it seems shelving is an option for you. https://blog.plasticscm.com/2012/02/shelving-stashing-introduced.html
  12. Hi @DevDude, Sorry for the delay. Are you using Plastic SCM Cloud? You will find the links useful: 1. 13. Hi @Rafael GS, TLS 1.2 should be supported but TLS 1.3 will be based on the OS and version that you use(Please check the link that attached for the details). https://www.plasticscm.com/download/releasenotes/from/11.0.16.7649/to/11.0.16.7649#11.0.16.7649-bug-6
  14. Hi @Wolfram, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This will be delivered to the relevant team. When this task is completed, you will be notified via here.
  15. @TKura Search box will allow you to find anything with .meta like this ->
  16. @AndyAces Unfortunately, archiving a branch is not possible. The original idea of the archive command is you can archive the big revisions of the repo to reduce the used storage. eg: cm find "revs where size > 26214400" --format="{item}#{branch}" \ --nototal | cm archive -c="volume00" --file="volume00" - (Archives all the files bigger than 25Mb on files starting with name 'volume00'.)
  17. Hi @AndyAces, Archiving the changeset is not possible . Is archiving entire repo an option for you?
  18. Hi @Xavier, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your valuable feedback will be brought to the team.
  19. Hi @AndyAces, As you mentioned, there’s a way to trim to archive revision. We released the "cm archive" feature for the cloud servers: https://www.plasticscm.com/download/releasenotes/10.0.16.6241 Please let us know if you have any questions.
  20. I am sorry to tell you that reducing the storage size by the GUI feature is postponed based on priority. Unfortunately, there's no estimated time at this point. As an alternative, you can use a feature called "Archiving Revisions". You will need Plastic SCM version 10.0.16.6241 or above. Click here to see the feature and how to use it. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
  21. @StokedOnIt- Are you looking for a way to delete files that have already been uploaded to the remote repo? Have you faced any issue when you tried to delete the files?
  22. @webdornald Please make sure to uninstall the Plastic SCM plugin and try to reinstall with the latest version of Plastic SCM. If the issue persists, please open a ticket with Plastic SCM support team.
  23. HI @Abubakar, When you installed the new OS, were you able to keep local files? or was it installed with a clean environment?
  24. @webdornald - I have tried to reproduce the issue with Rider 2022.2.3 and Plastic SCM 11.0.16.7468 but could not reproduce the issue. Please try it with the latest version of Plastic SCM and if the issue persists, please open a ticket with the support team.
  25. Thanks for your patience. The next release will include the fix. Please let us know if you have any questions.
