  7. Hi @Jonas Hultén, Are you experiencing this only in branch explorer? I can see that you have both horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Please try to manage scrollbars or zoom in or out to check if you can find branches from the page.

Are you using the latest version of Version Control Package manager and Client application?   17. Hi @poe, @cal Error -- Can't resolve DNS for cloud.plasticscm.com The common cause of the error above is from trying to connect the wrong cloud organization. Please make sure that you are using the correct cloud organization name to connect.

  24. Hi @toddhd, Apologies for the waiting. In the case you are not receiving your response after a certain time in the matter of urgent issue, creating a ticket and reaching out to us is an option. Our team is trying to respond to the forum as soon as possible, sometimes it gets delayed. If you still have the local server's database, syncing from the local repo to cloud one is an option. In that way, you can sync the history of the local server to cloud repo.
