  1. Hi, Are you using the Visual Studio package? It should be still avilable. Regards, Carlos.
  2. Hi, I’m very sorry you faced this problem.I’m afraid last night we had an incident with the Plastic SCM server cloud service, now it should be working again. We are going to work to understand what happened and fix it. By the way, we have the following web to monitor the Plastic Cloud servers status: https://status.cloud.unity3d.com/ Regards, Carlos.
  3. Hi, You can use the following command: cm listlocks --server=YourOrganization@cloud Regards, Carlos.
  4. Hi, Could you reach us at support@codicesoftware.com and attach the "plastic.debug" log? I guess if you downgrande to the previous version, you can continue working, right? Regards, Carlos.
  5. Hi, I can reproduce the issue when the "Incoming Changes" view involves a file conflict. As a worakround, if you click on "Options" --> "Select merge contributor", this value is preserved even if the view is refreshed (but I understand that you may need a different merge resolution method for every file conflict). Regards, Carlos.
  6. Hi, You can still configure a Plastic SCM server to use SQL databases (even when the new Plastic server installations are configured to use Jet by default). Is it SQL Server or SQLite? Don't yopu have any current Plastic server configured to use SQL so you can directly import the databases there? Regards, Carlos.
  7. Hi, Could you attach the Plastic client log? According to the error message, it could be a network related issue. Regards, Carlos.
  8. Hi, I can see somebody from your team reached use regarding the same topic ( andy@hugecalf.com). The development team is traying to find the best approach to avoid this problem. Regards, Carlos.
  9. Hi, If you are "Select merge contributor" it seems you are processing a merge and resolving the conflicts, right? (not just updating your workspace via the "Incoming Changes" view). When you resolve a conflict (eg: a directory conflict), Plastic may need to recalculate all the merge conflicts (because they depend on your previous conflict resolution). I'm guessing if this the scenario you are facing. Could you record a small video? We would appreciate it. Regards, Carlos.
  10. Hi, You can customize this value to increase the query limit: Regards, Carlos.
  11. Hi, "Checkout" and "Lock and check out" will be the same as soon as the path matches the previously configured lock rules. If a path is not matching the pre-confiogured lock rules, the "Checkout" is a local operation that doesn't involve a lock. The "Lock and check out" operation adds a path to the lock rules (if it's not still there) so the item is locked. Regards, Carlos.
  12. Hi, Do you refer to this feature? http://blog.plasticscm.com/2013/10/new-semantic-methodhist-is-now-out.html Regards, Carlos.
  13. Hi, It seems to be something wrong in this database. Do you have a paying subscription? In that case, please reach us at support@codicesoftware.com and we can hceck if there is a workaround. Regards, Carlos.
  14. Thank you for reporting this issue to us. Can you please let us know if there is any correlation between the files affected and whether you are only seeing this issue on one project or many? Do you have any reproducible steps? is it happening with a Unity project using the plugin? Regards, Carlos.
  15. Hi, We have fixed a problem with the certificate where the installer was not properly signed. I can see it's properly signed now so there could be a different issue: Could you let us know more details of the error you are seeing? Are you seeing the same in the installer "Properties" panel? Regards, Carlos.
  16. Hi, With the curren WinForms GUI I think it won't be possible but we are currenlty working on new GUI concepts for the future and it will be able to support zoom. As a workaround, if you start Plastic selecting as the main screen the one with higher resolution (higher DPI), the font should be more readable. Best regards, Carlos. 10:
  17. Hi, If I properly understand, when you create a new branch, Plastic is showing you the Tasks from your next-gen JIRA project but it's not showing the Epics/Stories, right? Regards, Carlos.
  18. Hi, We already support Unity ID users and we may support other login possibilites in the future. But if you use "plasticscm.com" users for the login, it will still depend on the web. Regards, Carlos.
  19. Hi, The web should be up and running again. The web is necessary for the login of the cloud users. Sorry for the inconveniences, Carlos.
  20. Hi, The "cloaked.conf" by default is a local configuration file so every user can define their own cloaking rules for their workspaces (although you can also define it via global configuration if you prefer). Regards, Carlos.
  21. Hi, In Plastic GUI you can use "cloaked.conf": Cloaked.conf: Configuring a cloaked.conf file before the update operation will let you choose what to download, check the following link for more info: https://www.plasticscm.com/documentation/user/plastic-scm-version-control-introduction-guide.shtml#_Toc266201374 Regards, Carlos.
  22. Hi, The local client configuration is stored at: C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4 If you remove/rename this folder and resintall Plastic, the client configuration should be restored to the initial one. If you are a paying customer, you can reach us at "support@codicesoftware.com" and we can even arrange a meeting to assist you. Regards, Carlos.
  23. Hi,We have unpublished the latest version due to the issue with the certificate. We will address this problem and publish a new one as soon as possible. For now, you can download the previous release (5344) from here:https://www.plasticscm.com/downloadThank you for reporting it. Regards, Carlos.
  24. - You can just edit the Xlink to point to the head of the branch or you can do the following: - You could temporarily disable the "Incoming Changes" view in your "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4\client.conf" (restart the GUI) and check if it eases your workflow while performing changes directly inside the Xllinks. <EnableIncomingChanges>no</EnableIncomingChanges> regards, Carlos.
